These sessions last an hour and 15-20 minutes on Zoom. We first will review the questionnaire (filled out and returned to me prior to our session) and any questions you have before we begin. Once we begin, I will use a proxy grid to place crystals where they can support the energy movement of Reiki. After, we will have a brief follow up to the session. Finally, everything will be sent to you in a follow up email.
